Sandra S. Moore-Duarte is an attorney and shareholder in the law firm of Neill, Strelitz, Moore-Duarte, P.C. She graduated from law school at St. Mary’s University in 1997. Her practice areas are elder law, estate, disability, long-term care and Medicaid planning, probate, guardianship, estate and trust administration and litigation, real estate, receiverships and asset preservation. She received a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in public law and jurisprudence in 1993, and her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1989. She also completed studies in corporate law and litigation at UCLA.
Sandra has served on the El Paso County Child Welfare Board and the Texas Council of Child Welfare Boards. She has been a director of the El Paso Probate Bar Association, and the Visiting Nurses Association of El Paso. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National and Texas Guardianship Associations, the El Paso Women’s Bar Association, and the National Academy for the Mentally Ill. She volunteers for the El Paso County Pro Bono Project.
